Boot Camp classes are a great alternative to our traditional Performance classes. 

These classes are designed to allow you to get a great workout with less technical movements. 

You will complete simple movements such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats and other body weight movements done at high intensity. 

This class is the perfect option for anyone interested in getting a good swear and improving their strength & flexibility without the use of a barbell.
